I'm Not In The MOOD!
Hello, my friends in Oneness,
I love the topic that I want to talk about in this blog. So many of us spend a decent amount of time contemplating and questioning how our lives are going. Be honest. You may have even thought about it today! and if not today, you may have very recently, right? That's cool. I do, we all do. But here's what I want to tell you.
"The only proof you need as to how your life is going, is your mood"
And this is because our 'mood' is just another way to say how we are 'feeling'. In Oneness, we know that our feelings are like magnets, they pull and attract what they are toward us. For example, when everything is going your way and you're as happy as a pig in shit as they say (although, I challenge if pigs are really happy in their own feces?) what do you start to experience? You start to experience more of the same. And that is because the 'feeling' that you are emanating into the universe is acting like a magnet and pulling that emotion back to you. And to the contrary, the same applies when you are mad, angry, sad, or whatever negative emotion you may be harboring. That too will come right back to you.
CHOICES, CHOICES, CHOICES
This is where Oneness will always tie 'choices' back into this, and so many conversations. We all know how difficult it is to have total control over our feelings (aka, our mood), but it is far more easier to change our minds. And here's how. In Oneness, we know that our feelings are just the end result of what we happen to be thinking at any given time. We always have the option (aka, the choice) to stop that thought in its tracks and think of something else. When we utilize the blessing which is our innate ability to choose and think of something that is positive in nature, and something that resonates with our higher, spiritual essence, our body chemistry changes. Our feelings change, and lo and behold so does our mood.
A direct correlation
So, when we honestly think about it, we can clearly see, from a spiritual perspective, that there is a direct correlation between our mood and how our lives are going. Take some time at some point today or tonight, and think about it. If you're currently happy, and your life's in a good place right now, you may not want to, because of the obvious. But, if you're not currently happy, and your life is not exactly where you want it to be, you just might say:
